With the FREE Business Hangouts add-ons for Google Apps (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms) you can now take your Google Documents directly from Drive into a Hangouts session, and automatically have them shared with your invited collaborators for real time collaboration with Audio and Video, in a multi-screen setup in BUSINESS HANGOUTS.
You’ll be able to discuss the content of the document and review it with other collaborators as you SEE and HEAR each other. (the basic Google Drive allows you just to chat with other collaborators, no audio, no video).

You can install any of these Add-On apps from the Google Docs top menu (same thing for Forms & Sheets) by searching for the Add-On or directl from Google Apps Add-Ons store:
