-Implementing Customers on Business Hangouts to their satisfaction
-Brief Product Demonstrations
-Identifying Sales Opportunities and Upselling

What is an Implementation Specialist?
An implementation specialist is responsible for ensuring all new trial customers are setup and able to use the product. They will provide ongoing support as needed including, but not limited to, hosting bi-weekly product demos, providing email and phone support, managing a customer trello board of requests, identifying bugs in the product and escalating, providing business tracking and reporting.
-Understand customer needs and requirements
-Route qualified Enterprise opportunities to the appropriate person
-Perform effective online demos to prospects
-Setup Customers to Their Satisfaction
-Proven support experience
-Track record of technology adoption and training
-Strong phone presence and experience video conferencing.
-Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
-Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-BA/BS degree or equivalent
